We’re looking for a Senior Digital Producer / Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of complex digital marketing and technology projects across our client portfolio. You will manage cross‑functional teams across strategy, creative, technology, and media to deliver high‑quality work on time and on budget while ensuring strong client relationships and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects including websites, campaigns, platforms, and integrated marketing initiatives.
- Manage timelines, budgets, scope, and resources across multiple workstreams.
- Run agile or hybrid delivery processes (sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives).
- Act as the primary delivery contact for clients.
- Translate client needs into clear briefs, SOW and delivery plans.
- Manage expectations and proactively resolve risks or issues.
- Coordinate cross‑disciplinary teams including creatives, strategists, developers, and media specialists.
- Facilitate collaboration and ensure clear communication across teams.
- Mentor junior producers and project managers when required.
- Ensure strong project governance, documentation, and reporting.
- Track financial performance including budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and workflows.
Skills & Experience
- 6+ years delivering digital or integrated marketing projects within an agency or digital environment.
- Experience managing complex digital builds, campaign launches, or platform projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing budgets, scopes, and multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with digital platforms such as CMS, CRM, marketing automation, or martech ecosystems.
Nice to Have
- Agile or project management certification (Scrum, PRINCE2, PMP etc.).
- Experience delivering AI, data, or marketing technology projects.
- Experience working with enterprise clients or regulated industries.
