We’re looking for a Performance Account Director to play a pivotal role across key client relationships, shaping multi‑channel acquisition strategies for a portfolio of global brands. We’re looking for someone with deep tactical expertise who can operate at a strategic level, with the commercial acumen and gravitas to act as a trusted partner to senior client stakeholders. You should be comfortable being hands‑on when needed, while also able to step back and drive the bigger picture to elevate both client and team performance. You’ll lead full‑funnel paid media scopes across B2C and B2B clients, owning top‑line strategy, overseeing delivery, and driving account growth.
Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence
- Oversee delivery across accounts, ensuring timelines, priorities, and quality standards are met.
- Lead multi‑channel media planning and support execution across paid channels.
- Guide and support the team in developing and activating data‑led plans grounded in best practice.

- Ensure accounts are efficient, scalable, and profitable in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to new business and pitches with performance expertise.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a high‑performance, collaborative environment.
- Ensure high‑quality delivery aligned to strategy, stepping in to support with tactical activation where needed.
- Line‑manage at least one report, supporting development through coaching and feedback.
