We’re currently hiring a full-time LICSW, LADC, or LCMHCto provide virtual outpatient therapy for all ages through one of our trusted New Hampshire-based partners.

What You\’ll Do
As part of a collaborative, well-supported care team, you\’ll:

  • Conduct comprehensiveinitial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans.

  • Provide therapy to patients (all ages preferred, ages 12+ required) with moderate acuity and diagnoses including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, grief and loss, ADHD, co-occurring disorders, personality disorders, teens with borderline traits.

  • Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more

More About the Role

  • Setting:100% Remote | New Hampshire-based outpatient FQHC

  • Schedule:Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (40 hrs/wk)

  • Appointments: 60 minutes for initial evaluations, 30-60 minutes for follow-up appointments

  • Administrate Time: 1 hour of admin time for every 10 hours of direct service

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as an independently licensed LICSW, LADC, LCMHC (NH license required)

  • Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST hours.

  • Proven experience in providing therapy services with at least 2 years of experience

  • Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels.

  • Telehealth experience preferred (familiarity with Athena is a plus!)

  • Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
