Overview

In this role you will lead payroll-focused Saa S implementations, translating client payroll needs into configured software, data migrations and go-live success.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and directly support customers through training, testing and transition to ongoing support.

This is a hands-on, client-facing position that offers deep payroll and product exposure and a chance to shape customers’ deployment in a fast-growing software company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll software implementations for new and existing customers
  • Translate customers’ payroll requirements into the right software setup
  • Configure Saa S products, workflows and customer-specific requirements
  • Support payroll data migration, integrations and testing
  • Work with APIs, ETL processes and data transformation where required
  • Guide customers through user acceptance testing and readiness for go-live
  • Deliver training and explain software clearly to customers
  • Support go-live and transition to ongoing support
  • Handle multiple customer projects and priorities concurrently
  • Coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success to resolve issues
  • Keep customers informed about progress, timelines, risks and issues
  • Travel to customer sites when required
  • Key requirements
  • Hands-on payroll experience and solid understanding of payroll processes
  • Experience in Saa S/software implementation, onboarding or technical consulting
  • Experience working directly with customers to understand requirements and implement solutions
  • Experience with payroll software or systems
  • Understanding of software configuration, workflows and integrations
  • Experience with APIs, ETL, data migration or data transformation
  • Confidence managing several customers, projects or priorities
  • Ability to explain software and technical information clearly
  • Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence or similar tools would be useful
  • Clear communication
