Overview
In this role you will lead payroll-focused Saa S implementations, translating client payroll needs into configured software, data migrations and go-live success.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and directly support customers through training, testing and transition to ongoing support.
This is a hands-on, client-facing position that offers deep payroll and product exposure and a chance to shape customers’ deployment in a fast-growing software company.

Responsibilities
- Manage payroll software implementations for new and existing customers
- Translate customers’ payroll requirements into the right software setup
- Configure Saa S products, workflows and customer-specific requirements
- Support payroll data migration, integrations and testing
- Work with APIs, ETL processes and data transformation where required
- Guide customers through user acceptance testing and readiness for go-live
- Deliver training and explain software clearly to customers
- Support go-live and transition to ongoing support
- Handle multiple customer projects and priorities concurrently
- Coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success to resolve issues
- Keep customers informed about progress, timelines, risks and issues
- Travel to customer sites when required
- Key requirements
- Hands-on payroll experience and solid understanding of payroll processes
- Experience in Saa S/software implementation, onboarding or technical consulting
- Experience working directly with customers to understand requirements and implement solutions
- Experience with payroll software or systems
- Understanding of software configuration, workflows and integrations
- Experience with APIs, ETL, data migration or data transformation
- Confidence managing several customers, projects or priorities
- Ability to explain software and technical information clearly
- Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence or similar tools would be useful
