We're looking for an Implementation Consultant with hands-on payroll experience to help customers successfully implement our SaaS solutions. Payroll knowledge is essential for this role. You might have gained this through payroll processing, payroll software, payroll systems or payroll implementation. Alongside this, you'll have experience implementing, configuring or supporting software and be comfortable working directly with customers. You'll take customers from understanding their requirements through to configuration, data migration, testing, training and go-live. It's a hands-on, customer-facing role where you'll solve problems, manage multiple pieces of work and build deeper expertise in payroll technology. As an Implementation Consultant, you will: Manage payroll software implementations for new and existing customersUnderstand customers' payroll processes and requirements and translate these into the right software setupConfigure SaaS products, workflows and customer-specific requirementsSupport payroll data migration, integrations and testingWork with APIs, ETL processes and data transformation where requiredGuide customers through user acceptance testing and readiness for go-liveDeliver training and explain software clearly to customersSupport customers during go-live and their transition into ongoing supportManage multiple customer projects and priorities at the same timeWork with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success to resolve issues and deliver successful outcomesKeep customers informed about progress, timelines, risks and issuesTravel to customer sites when required. Hands-on payroll experience and a good understanding of payroll processes – essentialExperience in SaaS/software implementation, onboarding or technical consultingExperience working directly with customers to understand requirements and implement solutionsExperience with payroll software or systemsUnderstanding of software configuration, workflows and integrationsExperience with APIs, ETL, data migration or data transformationConfidence managing several customers, projects or prioritiesThe ability to explain software and technical information in simple termsExperience with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence or similar tools would be usefulYou may currently be an Implementation Consultant, Payroll Implementation Consultant, Payroll Systems Consultant, Payroll Consultant, SaaS Consultant or Technical Consultant.
