As a Customer Marketing Executive, you will be at the heart of our customer marketing team, delivering day-to-day activities that bring our advocacy and customer marketing programme to life. This role sits at the centre of the programme's operational delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the production of video testimonials and written case studies, managing customer liaison, briefing, and handoff to production teams.
- Manage day-to-day communications for the IRIS Education thought leader community, keeping members informed and engaged between formal events.
- Deliver planned campaigns to customer segments across relevant channels, including budget season content, compliance guides, product tips, and peer insight communications.
- Support delivery of product-specific retention campaigns across the IRIS Education portfolio.
- Maintain the advocate and customer database, ensuring contact records, engagement history, and content preferences are accurate and current.
- Track and report on programme engagement metrics monthly, providing clear and accurate updates to support senior stakeholder reporting.
- Work cross-functionally with Content, Demand Generation, and Customer Success to align activity across the broader marketing programme.
About you
You are organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once, with a genuine interest in building relationships with customers.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in a marketing, customer engagement, or customer-facing execution role.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage concurrent workstreams and meet deadlines.
- Good written communication, with experience creating clear, professional content for external audiences.
- Comfort working cross-functionally and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, particularly around data accuracy and customer communications.
Bonus if you have:
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Exposure to B2B, edtech, or a sector serving schools or public institutions.
