Your key responsibilities as an Assistant Director within our ODD team include:
- Assisting in aspects of business origination, including pitches and presentations to potential clients.
- Leading project delivery while working with senior client stakeholders within tight timeframes.
- Advising clients across all sectors, supporting key decision makers in developing and executing strategies for value creation.
- Contributing to practice development initiatives, supporting the continued focus on our team as a great place to work.
Skills and attributes for success include:
- Industry and functional experience in engineering, supply chain or graduate scheme experience at a large corporate.
- Consulting experience in a large-scale consulting environment or industry role.
- Flexibility to support broader Operational and IT work.
- Acting as a role model and supporting the development of junior team members.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Professional services / consulting experience, ideally in due diligence, carve-out or integrations.
- A deep understanding of one or more core operational functions.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to link operational analysis to financial statements.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Experience in building strong working relationships with senior clients.
- Experience in supporting sales and business development processes for professional services projects.
- A track record of successful project delivery in corporate businesses.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
