Our cloud-based Guest Experience Platform (GXP) powers food and beverage ordering and guest services across web, mobile and in-room devices, enabling hotels worldwide to deliver seamless digital experiences.
We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to take ownership of our React-based web applications and play a key role in shaping the future of our platform. This is a hands-on role where you will design, build and enhance modern applications used at scale by global hospitality brands. You will work closely with backend engineers, product teams and designers to deliver high-quality, user-focused solutions while contributing to technical direction and best practices.
- Taking full ownership of existing IRIS web applications and architecture from a technical and code perspective, ensuring they are fully functional, scalable and fit for purpose.
- Working within the development team to propose, evaluate and deliver new React applications integrated with our cloud-based Guest Experience Platform (GXP) and third-party services.
- Co-ordinating smooth and successful feature releases and full product deployments in collaboration with backend developers and stakeholders.
- Developing and enhancing modern, scalable React applications used by global clients.
- Collaborating with backend engineers, QA and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensuring high standards across performance, testing and accessibility.
Strong experience with React (ideally 3+ years). Experience with TypeScript and state management tools such as Redux. Strong understanding of modern web development and RESTful APIs. Experience building scalable, modular applications from concept to delivery.
