We’re looking for an entry-level Talent Acquisition Resourcer to join our internal TA team and support Sales hiring across IRIS Software Group. If you’re proactive, organised and eager to learn — this could be the perfect opportunity.

The Role: As a Talent Acquisition Resourcer (Sales), you’ll support the hiring of Sales talent across the business. You will:
- Learn how to source candidates using LinkedIn and job boards
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines
- Support Recruiters and Hiring Managers with interview coordination
- Write and post job adverts
- Update and manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the process
