At IRIS Software Group, our Sales and Customer Success (CS) teams are the engine of our growth. They win new customers, deepen relationships, and ensure clients succeed with our products. To keep fuelling that success, we’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Business Partner who will take ownership of hiring across these pivotal teams.

This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Manchester office. Manchester is the hub for our Sales and Customer Success organisation – it’s where these teams are anchored, and where senior leaders frequently come together. Being present here means you’ll be close to the action, building strong relationships and directly influencing how we attract and hire the talent that powers IRIS’s growth.

🧾Why This Role Matters

Great Sales and Customer Success professionals are some of the hardest people to hire – the very best are usually not looking for jobs. That’s why this role isn’t about posting adverts. It’s about headhunting, sourcing passive candidates, and creating a trusted candidate experience that keeps people engaged in a competitive market.

You’ll act as a strategic partner to our commercial leaders, designing recruitment strategies that secure proven, high-performing Sales and CS professionals. Every hire you make will help IRIS accelerate growth, deliver innovation for customers, and strengthen diverse leadership pipelines for the future.

👥About the Team You\’ll Join

You’ll be part of our global Talent Acquisition team, reporting to our Senior Talent Acquisition Manager. We work closely across the UK and US, sharing insights, pooling knowledge, and raising the bar for hiring at IRIS. It’s a collaborative, supportive environment where your expertise will be valued.

📊What You\’ll Be Doing

  • Partner with Leadership – Collaborate with Sales and CS leaders to understand workforce plans and agree hiring priorities.
  • Proactively Source Talent – Headhunt and engage experienced Sales and CS professionals, often from direct competitors or adjacent markets.
  • Own the Hiring Journey – Market mapping, sourcing, screening, designing assessments, coaching interviewers, closing offers – you’ll manage it end to end.
  • Champion Candidate Experience – Stay close to candidates, build trusted relationships, and deliver a process that reflects IRIS at its best.
  • Improve How We Hire – Build scalable recruitment strategies that are candidate-first and balance speed with quality.
  • Be a Talent Advisor – Share market insights, competitor intelligence, and compensation benchmarks with hiring managers.
  • Support Diversity – Ensure inclusive processes and broaden talent pools, helping to build balanced commercial teams.

🔎What We’re Looking For

  • Recruitment Agency & In-House Blend – Ideally, you’ve started in an agency/headhunting environment, building strong sourcing and passive candidate skills, and then gained experience inside a high-growth SaaS/tech business working directly with hiring managers.
  • Proven GTM Recruiting Experience – Strong track record hiring experienced Sales, Account Management, and CS professionals in SaaS, fintech, or tech scale-ups.
  • Headhunting Skills – Confident engaging passive candidates and building long-term pipelines of senior talent, not reliant on inbound.
  • Relationship Builder – Skilled at staying close to candidates, maintaining trust, and keeping them engaged through competitive processes.
  • Assessment Expertise – Able to design and run interview processes that reveal both skills and cultural fit.
  • Talent Mapping – Experienced in mapping markets for senior-level roles as well as building succession pipelines.
  • Commercial Mindset – Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and advising on strategic hiring decisions.
  • Process Builder – You enjoy refining interview processes, creating playbooks, and raising the bar for hiring standards.
  • Data-Driven – You use insights and metrics to shape strategy and hiring conversations.

🎁What You’ll Gain

  • Impact – The people you hire will directly shape IRIS’s ability to grow revenue and retain customers.
  • Influence – Work closely with Sales and CS leaders, helping them secure the proven talent they need to succeed.
  • Career Development – The potential to progress into broader Talent Leadership roles as the business scales.
  • Future Focus – Build pipelines of experienced professionals who can step into senior leadership roles tomorrow.
  • Culture – Join a people-first Talent team that’s ambitious, collaborative, and supportive.
