We’re looking for a driven, ambitious Field Sales Executive to join our high-performing HCM (Human Capital Management) sales team. You’ll be working with mid-to-large UK businesses helping them transform how they manage their people, payroll, and performance — powered by our cutting-edge HCM technology.

Your Territory

You’ll have the whole of the UK to explore. You’ll cover accounts across:

  • Industry (Blue Collar)
  • Professional Services (White Collar)
  • Charities
  • Hospitality / Retail / Tech

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of revenue
  • Conduct on-site client visits and product demos
  • Drive new business and expansion within existing accounts
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers (HR, Finance, IT, Ops)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored HCM solutions
  • Manage a full sales cycle — from prospecting to close

What You’ll Bring
