IRIS Software Group is seeking an experienced Customer Success Business Partner to support our accountancy software portfolio. The role requires building relationships with key customers and strategic partners to ensure they maximize the value of their IRIS solutions. Strong project management and customer success skills are essential.

As a CSBP, you will oversee VIP customers, develop trusted advisor relationships, and act as the main point of contact. The position offers a hybrid working model with two days a week in the office in Manchester or Slough.
