Iris Software Group is seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of strategic, high-value accounts and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
You will lead onboarding, adoption, retention and growth across the customer lifecycle.
In this consultative role, you will collaborate with Sales, Customer Operations and Channel teams to shape CS best practices and mentor colleagues across the team.
