As an Implementation Consultant Associate, you’ll play a hands‑on role in shaping customer journeys – guiding them through migrations, supporting new implementations, and ensuring they get the best possible experience with IRIS software. Key Responsibilities- Help customers move from IRIS desktop accountancy software to our cloud solutions, supporting them step‑by‑step through the process.
- Assist with setting up and preparing customer data so it’s ready for migration.
- Take part in delivering migration projects, working with more experienced consultants to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Provide customers with guidance and training so they feel confident using their new software.
- Support colleagues across Professional Services and Customer Support when needed, gaining exposure to different parts of the business.
- Learn and maintain a good understanding of accountancy processes and how IRIS software supports them.
- Build positive relationships with customers and internal teams, acting as a friendly, reliable point of contact.
