We’re hiring a Customer Renewals Associate to join our Accountancy team in Slough - a role designed for someone at the start of their professional career who wants to learn, grow, and make a real difference from day one. What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

  • Speak to customers by phone and email about upcoming renewals
  • Answer questions and provide clear renewal quotations
  • Explain options in a simple, helpful way
  • Take ownership of customer enquiries and follow them through
  • Keep renewal records accurate and up to date
  • Proactively contact customers so nothing is missed
