Our Accountancy Customer Services team plays a vital role in that mission. They’re the experts accountants turn to when they need help, reassurance, or practical guidance. We’re now expanding our IRIS Elements support team – and looking for friendly, motivated people with a foundation in finance, tax, or accountancy to join us.
What Is IRIS Elements? IRIS Elements is our modern, cloud‑based platform designed specifically for accountants. It brings together everything they need – from compliance and tax returns to client management and practice workflows – in one secure, easy‑to‑use system. Accountants use Elements every day to prepare year‑end accounts, submit tax returns, manage clients, and collaborate with their teams. When they have a question or run into an issue, you’ll be the first person they speak to. You’ll help them understand how to use the software, guide them through solutions, and make sure their queries are resolved quickly and accurately. Your finance or accounting knowledge will help you speak their language and give advice that really makes a difference.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Acting as the first point of contact for accountants using IRIS Elements and Accountancy Suite
- Responding to queries via phone, email, or online chat
- Investigating and resolving customer issues, or escalating to specialists when needed
- Explaining processes clearly and helping customers get back to work fast
