The Vacancy
Our Engineering Team is hiring! We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to work in the Staffology Payroll teams, playing a critical role in building IRIS’s next-generation cloud-based, customer-focused payroll software. You will ensure high-quality software delivery, lead by example, and promote continuous integration and automated testing practices.
What We Need From You
We are looking for Agile advocates who will help foster a collaborative culture, sharing knowledge and learning across teams. You will contribute to technology and process decisions, try out new ideas, experiment, and embrace a fail-fast mentality.
What We Are Seeking
- Strong experience with Test Automation tools (C#, Selenium, SpecFlow, RestSharp)
- Experience creating automated tests within a Continuous Integration environment (Azure DevOps)
- Experience writing load and stress tests
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment
- Mentoring experience for other QAs
- Good understanding of DevOps practices
- Good understanding of cloud-based architecture
