We’re hiring a Senior Manager, Performance Marketing to lead our global paid media strategy across Accountancy, HCM and Education. This is a newly created, strategic role designed to bring performance marketing directly into demand generation — with clear pipeline accountability.

What You’ll Own
  • Global paid media strategy & budget
  • Full-funnel attribution & measurement (Marketo, Salesforce, Heeet)
  • Conversion rate optimisation in partnership with CRO

You’ll connect paid activity to qualified pipeline and revenue — across multiple sectors and global markets.

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience managing complex, multi-region paid media programmes
  • Strong attribution & measurement capability in B2B environments
