We have an opportunity for an experienced sales training professional to join our Commercial L&D Team in our Manchester office. This role is important as you’ll be responsible for ensuring our sales people are fully trained to perform at a high level and increase customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Senior L&D Advisor, your day-to-day responsibilities will typically involve the following:

Scheduling and delivering quality individual/team sales and systems training/coaching on a regular basis
Ensuring that new employees into the Commercial team receive an amazing induction into the company, supporting by training and coaching to meet their responsibilities successfully
Proactively ensuring maximum attendance on all sales training events
Developing and maintaining a library of online and physical learning resources and materials
Understanding and upholding our company objectives and values
Keeping up-to-date with employee development trends.

Skills:

Proven experience working in a Sales training position
Knowledge of learning principles and training techniques – both in-person and online
Experience working with and developing people of all levels and abilities
Understanding of a business-to-business (B2B) sales process, preferably with customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organisational skills.
