The Vacancy The Senior Client Payroll Executive will be responsible for supporting and mentoring the Client Payroll Trainees and Administrators. As a payroll expert, they will provide legislative support and training for their team members. Main Responsibilities: Aid the Team Leader in building a supported payroll team, inspiring individuals to maximize their performance. Support the Payroll Team Leader. Plan own workload and assist others with planning. Ensure the team records their KPIs. Assist with resolving client complaints and team concerns. Assist with producing management reports. Become a Payroll Legislation Expert. Ensure payrolls are quality checked. Encourage and facilitate collaboration within the bureau team under supervision. Stay updated with current payroll legislation and suggest processing changes. Ensure adherence to internal procedures as required by the Team Leader/Manager. Payroll Duties: Ensure payrolls are processed accurately and on time. Handle client payroll questions or queries. Become an expert on Cascade Payroll and Integration modules. Provide feedback on product, procedures, and process improvements. Stay current with payroll legislation and government policies. Maintain high standards of client service. Perform other tasks or duties as assigned by management. Key Relationships Product development, QA, and Support IRIS internal customers Knowledge/Experience: Proven experience in payroll processing using computerized software. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel). Experience with payroll software. Performance-oriented mindset. Expert knowledge and technical professional expertise. Strong confidence and communication skills. Ability to manage oneself effectively.
