Are you an experienced sales professional ready to take the next step into leadership, or a people manager who still enjoys being hands-on in deals? We're looking for a Sales Manager to join our iSAMS team and help drive growth across the independent schools sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead, coach and develop a team while remaining closely involved in customer conversations, strategy and commercial opportunities.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading and developing a team of sales professionals
  • Coaching and supporting deals throughout the sales cycle
  • Building strong relationships with schools and key stakeholders
  • Driving pipeline generation and revenue growth
  • Working closely with Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams
  • Supporting the team with forecasting, planning and performance management

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in SaaS, EdTech or solution sales
  • Experience leading people, mentoring colleagues or acting as a team lead
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
  • A passion for coaching and developing others
  • Commercially minded with a focus on customer outcomes
