We're looking for a Sales Manager to lead our Commercial Account Development team at IRIS. This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit back and review spreadsheets. What you'll be doing:
- Leading and developing a team of field-based Account Development Executives
- Coaching deals using structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC
- Driving pipeline generation, forecasting accuracy and revenue growth
- Building a high-performance, accountable sales culture
- Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to maximise growth opportunities
