Your new opportunity
They’re looking for a motivated, people focused and values aligned individual to join their friendly People Team and play a key role in delivering exciting recruitment and resourcing initiatives. You’ll support creative recruitment campaigns, bring fresh ideas to attract talent, and help welcome people who share our vision for making lives better.
As a Resourcing Lead, you will:
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to help them be an employer of choice.
- Independently manage your own recruitment portfolio and take ownership of all activity within your allocated area.
- Deliver a first class service to hiring managers and create a positive, values driven experience for candidates.
- Act as an ambassador for their mission, purpose and values at every stage of the hiring journey.
Working Pattern: This is a full-time, permanent post offering 35 hours per week. Agile working - blend home, office, services and events. Typically Monday - Friday, with flexibility to support recruitment events.
What you’ll bring
