We’re hiring a Customer Renewals Associate to join our Accountancy team at IRIS Software Group. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, driving renewals and building strong relationships.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing customer renewals and retention activity
  • Speaking with existing clients to handle queries and secure renewals
  • Providing quotes and recommending the best solutions
  • Building strong relationships and delivering great customer experience
  • Managing renewal pipelines and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Staying up to date with product knowledge
