What you’ll do:
- Be the voice of the customer, shaping our practice management product roadmap.
- Translate product vision into clear user stories, requirements, and backlogs.
- Lead agile sprints, collaborate with design, engineering & stakeholders, and deliver features accountants love.
- Drive continuous improvement, customer feedback loops, and innovation.
