The Opportunity
Ready to hit the road (and the numbers)? We're looking for a driven, ambitious Field Sales Executive to join our high-performing HCM (Human Capital Management) sales team. You'll be working with mid-to-large UK businesses helping them transform how they manage their people, payroll, and performance β powered by our cutting-edge HCM technology. If you love autonomy, building relationships, and closing big deals, this one's for you.
Your Territory
We're mapping things out right now β but you'll have the whole of the UK to explore. You'll cover accounts across:
- Industry (Blue Collar)
- Professional Services (White Collar)
- Charities
- Hospitality / Retail / Tech
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of revenue
- Conduct on-site client visits and product demos
- Drive new business and expansion within existing accounts
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers (HR, Finance, IT, Ops)
- Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored HCM solutions
- Manage a full sales cycle β from prospecting to close
