A driven, ambitious Field Sales Executive to join our high-performing HCM (Human Capital Management) sales team. You will be working with mid-to-large UK businesses helping them transform how they manage their people, payroll, and performance — powered by our cutting-edge HCM technology.
Your Territory: You will cover accounts across:
- Industry (Blue Collar)
- Professional Services (White Collar)
- Charities
- Hospitality / Retail / Tech
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of revenue
- Conduct on-site client visits and product demos
- Drive new business and expansion within existing accounts
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers (HR, Finance, IT, Ops)
- Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored HCM solutions
- Manage a full sales cycle — from prospecting to close
What You’ll Bring:
