What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver end-to-end payroll processing for a portfolio of clients
  • Act as a key point of contact for client payroll queries
  • Ensure full legal and statutory compliance across all payrolls
  • Maintain accurate payroll data and records
  • Identify ways to improve payroll efficiency and process excellence
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless client solutions

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience managing payroll for over 1,500 employees or working within a payroll bureau environment
  • Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
  • Confidence handling multiple client or stakeholder priorities
  • Experience using payroll software (IRIS Payroll, Earnie, etc.) is a plus
  • Working towards or holding a CIPP qualification is desirable
