What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver end-to-end payroll processing for a portfolio of clients
- Act as a key point of contact for client payroll queries
- Ensure full legal and statutory compliance across all payrolls
- Maintain accurate payroll data and records
- Identify ways to improve payroll efficiency and process excellence
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless client solutions.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience managing payroll for over 1,500 employees or working within a payroll bureau environment
- Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
- Confidence handling multiple client or stakeholder priorities
- Experience using payroll software (IRIS Payroll, Earnie, etc.) is a plus
- Working towards or holding a CIPP qualification is desirable
