  • Lead and develop a mixed-experience field sales team selling into Tier 2 accountancy firms — owning new business, cross-sell growth, and high-quality execution.
  • Manage & coach your field sales team to hit quarterly revenue targets.
  • Embed MEDDIC as the core deal qualification & control methodology.
  • Run a high-performance sales cadence — weekly pipeline reviews, forecast calls, deal inspections & structured 1:1s.
  • Drive pipeline generation & territory planning to unlock new opportunities.
  • Build seller capability and shape a consistently high-performing culture.
  • Collaborate across Marketing, CS, Product & Ops to support flawless execution.
