If you love turning marketing data into clear insights and real revenue impact, this one’s for you. At IRIS, we’re looking for a data-driven, commercially minded Marketing Analytics Lead to own our performance reporting, attribution, dashboards and funnel insight across the full marketing engine.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building reporting frameworks across digital, events, ABM, content and partners
  • Creating dashboards to track leads, pipeline, conversion and ROI end-to-end
  • Connecting marketing activity to pipeline and bookings (Marketo, Salesforce, BI)
  • Running multi-touch attribution and optimising spend based on performance insights
  • Translating data into storytelling for QBRs, exec updates and decision-making
  • Partnering across Marketing, Sales Ops, RevOps, Finance and Customer Success

What we’re looking for:

  • 7+ years in Marketing Analytics, Marketing Ops or RevOps
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS funnel metrics and attribution models
  • Confident working with Salesforce, Marketo and BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau etc.)
  • Brilliant communicator — can turn insights into action (not just charts!)
  • Knowledge of GDPR and marketing data compliance
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked with GA4, ABM platforms (Demandbase, 6sense), or data pipelines like Fivetran/Boomi!
