Join IRIS as a Talent Acquisition Advisor to support hiring across our fast-growing Sales and Customer Success (CS) teams. This role is based in Manchester (2/3 days in the office), where you’ll see your impact first-hand and build strong partnerships with the leaders shaping our future.

The Team You’ll Join
You’ll be part of our global Talent Acquisition team. We share ideas, celebrate wins, and genuinely enjoy what we do. You’ll report into our Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and work closely with our Manchester-based Sales & CS leaders.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Recruit for impact – Support hiring across Sales and Customer Success.
- Own the process – Post roles, screen CVs, coordinate interviews and keep everything moving smoothly.
- Create brilliant experiences – Be the friendly, professional face of IRIS to candidates.
- Build your sourcing skills – Learn how to find and engage top talent via LinkedIn and other tools.
- Collaborate & improve – Share ideas and help us continuously evolve our recruitment approach.
- Stay organised – Keep data accurate and processes sharp.
