Talent Acquisition Resourcer to join our growing internal Talent Acquisition team, supporting the hiring of Sales talent across IRIS Software Group.

- What you'll be doing
- Sourcing top Sales talent across a variety of channels
- Screening and qualifying candidates
- Building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Creating and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring
- Talent mapping niche markets and identifying passive candidates
- Coordinating interviews and keeping recruitment moving at pace
- Delivering an outstanding candidate experience from first conversation through to offer
Qualifications
- Have recruitment experience (agency, RPO or in-house)
- Love sourcing and engaging passive candidates
- Are confident using Linked In Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Can juggle multiple vacancies without dropping the ball
- Are proactive, organised and genuinely enjoy speaking to people
