We’re hiring a Customer Renewals Associate to join our Accountancy team at IRIS Software Group. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, driving renewals and building strong relationships.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing customer renewals and retention activity
- Speaking with existing clients to handle queries and secure renewals
- Providing quotes and recommending the best solutions
