The Opportunity
We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator (Level 1) to join our Education HR Consultancy Team on a part-time basis (25.5 hours per week).
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build or further develop their HR career within a supportive and growing consultancy environment.
You'll work closely with our HR Consultancy Manager and HR Consultants, supporting schools and education clients through the delivery of high-quality HR administration services.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Producing contracts of employment, offer letters and HR documentation for education-sector clients using established templates.
- Reviewing client information to ensure documentation aligns with agreed terms and conditions.
- Advising clients on contract clauses where appropriate and escalating complex queries to the wider HR team.
- Uploading and managing HR documentation in line with agreed service level agreements.
- Supporting the HR Consultancy Manager and HR Consultants in delivering an effective HR service across the client base.
- Assisting with the development and continuous improvement of our Contracts & Document Management system.
- Working collaboratively with internal Payroll and VERA teams to support shared clients.
- Contributing ideas to improve processes, service delivery and the effective use of technology.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality at all times.
- Keeping up to date with employment legislation and HR best practice through training and continuous professional development.
- Providing general administrative support and undertaking ad hoc duties as required.
