We are hiring a Revenue Solutions Lead to design and embed AI-powered, data-driven solutions across IRIS's global sales organisation. You will operate at the intersection of Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, and Marketing. You will partner closely with sales leadership and frontline teams to identify commercial challenges, design scalable GTM solutions, and support adoption across the business.
This is not a hands-on engineering role, a pure Sales Engineer position, or a quota-carrying role. The focus is on solution design, commercial problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement.
- Design AI-enabled GTM solutions that improve sales execution, pipeline health, and forecasting.
- Partner with sales leadership to identify opportunities for revenue and process optimisation.
- Translate sales challenges into clear, scalable solution designs.
- Support rollout and adoption of tools, workflows, and initiatives across global sales teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales performance through smarter systems and automation.
Experience in revenue strategy, sales operations, solutions, sales engineering, implementation, or customer-facing technical roles is required. A strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM systems (particularly Salesforce and integrated platforms) is essential. You should be comfortable facilitating discussions across technical and non-technical audiences and have familiarity with AI concepts and how automation supports GTM execution (hands-on build not required).
Years of experience are flexible — capability and mindset matter more than tenure. Success will be measured through adoption and contribution to global revenue performance. This is a high-visibility role with influence across commercial strategy.
