This role sits at the centre of Product, Sales, and Marketing. Two Product Marketing Business Partners to join our global team: One focused on HCM (HR & Payroll) and one focused on Accountancy. These are high-impact roles where your work directly influences pipeline, win rates, and revenue.
The Team You’ll Join:
- You’ll join a growing Product Marketing team, with strong collaboration across the UK and US.
- A mix of experienced product marketers, content specialists, and market insight experts.
- Close partnership with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- A team that has scaled significantly over the past year - with more growth ahead.
- You’ll work alongside subject matter experts in either HCM or Accountancy, gaining deep exposure to the market while helping shape how we go to market globally.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building clear, differentiated messaging and positioning.
- Supporting and delivering go-to-market plans and product launches.
- Creating sales enablement tools (pitch decks, battlecards, competitor insights).
- Partnering closely with Sales teams to improve conversion and win rates.
- Analysing competitors, market trends, and customer insights.
- Supporting campaigns that drive measurable commercial outcomes.
- Translating complex product or regulatory topics into simple, impactful messaging.
This role suits a strong, hands-on Product Marketer who is confident operating in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
You’ll Bring:
- A background in Product Marketing within a B2B technology or SaaS business.
- Proven ability as a clear, confident communicator - able to influence stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Marketing.
- Experience working across multiple teams and projects simultaneously, with the ability to prioritise and deliver at pace.
- Strong go-to-market and messaging skills, with a focus on what drives pipeline and revenue.
- A commercial mindset - you understand how marketing supports sales outcomes, not just activity.
- The ability to take complex products or topics and turn them into simple, compelling value propositions.
You’ll Be Comfortable:
- Working in high-growth or private equity-backed environments, where pace and expectations are high.
