IRIS Software Group is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to lead the delivery of our Troncmaster platform to hospitality clients across the UK.

The Role

You will lead end-to-end implementations of our tronc and service charge distribution platform, working closely with hospitality clients to design compliant, tax-efficient and operationally effective tronc frameworks. This role blends:

  • Consultancy
  • Payroll compliance expertise

What You’ll Do

Client Implementation

  • Lead discovery workshops and requirements gathering
  • Design compliant tronc schemes aligned to HMRC guidance
  • Configure distribution models, logic and reporting
  • Manage payroll integrations and data migration

Compliance & Advisory

  • Provide expert advice on tronc governance and service charge legislation
  • Interpret complex payroll and rota data
  • Recommend improvements to operational processes

Project Delivery

  • Track milestones and manage risks
  • Collaborate with internal product and support teams

Training & Adoption

  • Deliver client training sessions
  • Create documentation and SOPs
  • Support early-stage adoption post go-live

About You

You will bring:

  • Strong knowledge of tronc models and UK tax legislation
  • Experience implementing payroll or workforce systems
  • Advanced Excel and analytical capability
  • Consultancy or SaaS project delivery experience
  • Hospitality payroll experience
  • HMRC employment tax knowledge relating to service charge
  • Understanding of integrations and APIs
