Ready to be part of the team behind how IRIS wins new business? We’re looking for a Bid Support Executive to support bids from start to finish and help shape how we improve our bid processes and tools.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

  • Supporting the bid team across the full bid lifecycle (deadlines = handled)
  • Managing our tender alert platform Contracts Advance + qualifying opportunities
  • Owning smaller bid submissions (EOIs, selection questionnaires + market engagements)
  • Coordinating framework agreements + keeping everything compliant and on track
  • Acting as the APMP team lead + sharing best practice across the team
  • Improving bid processes + helping build internal training/resources
  • Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Legal + SMEs across the business

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Confident communicator (written + verbal)
  • Super organised, detail-focused + deadline-driven
  • Able to juggle priorities and stay calm under pressure
  • Positive energy + team-first attitude
