We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised person to join our Professional Services team as an Implementation Consultant Associate. You don’t need previous experience in software implementation – just a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and confidence working with people. In this role you’ll help schools and trusts get started with Every, one of the UK’s leading school operations platforms. You’ll learn how the software works, support customers through set‑up and onboarding, and help school staff feel confident using the system. It’s a great opportunity for someone at the start of their career who enjoys problem‑solving, organising tasks, and explaining things clearly to others.

Every is a cloud‑based platform used by schools and multi‑academy trusts to manage essential day‑to‑day operations. It helps education teams stay compliant, organised, efficient, and safe. Schools rely on Every for:

  • Premises and compliance tasks (maintenance checks, health & safety)
  • Workflow management (requests, approvals, reminders)
  • Reporting and insights for school leaders

You’ll play a key part in helping customers understand and use these tools from day one.

Why This Role Matters

The onboarding experience shapes how schools feel about the software. When the set‑up goes smoothly:

  • staff adopt the system faster
  • important processes become easier
  • schools stay compliant
  • confidence in the software grows

Your support helps schools run safely and efficiently – and makes a real difference to their daily workload.

About the Team You’ll Join

You’ll join our Professional Services team in the Education Division – around ten friendly and experienced colleagues who support each other every day. They’ll help you learn the products, build your skills, and grow your confidence as you take on more responsibility.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll develop skills in software onboarding, training, and project coordination. Day to day you will:

  • Support customers through the early stages of their onboarding
  • Help configure the Every system with guidance and training
  • Deliver simple online training sessions for school staff
  • Keep projects organised, clear and well communicated
  • Work with business managers, senior leaders and administrators in schools
  • Answer questions and help customers get the most from the software
  • Collaborate with internal teams to solve problems and improve processes
  • Make sure projects are completed smoothly or handed over correctly

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need previous implementation experience. Training will be provided. We’re looking for someone who brings the right attitude, behaviours and potential. You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Enjoy helping people and explaining things in a clear, simple way
  • Are confident using technology and keen to learn new systems
  • Can stay organised and manage several tasks at once
  • Communicate clearly, professionally and positively
  • Feel comfortable speaking with a variety of people
  • Are willing to learn, ask questions and try new things
  • Take pride in delivering good support and great service

Helpful, but not essential:

  • Experience using Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)
  • Any exposure to customer service, training, education, admin or software
  • Experience coordinating tasks or small projects

If you don’t tick every box, that’s absolutely fine – we’re looking for potential and enthusiasm.

What You’ll Gain

A supportive entry point into a career in software, education technology or customer success. Full training on the Every platform and wider IRIS tools. Experience working with a range of schools and trusts. Opportunities to progress into implementation, training, customer success or specialist roles. A team that values collaboration, learning and shared success.
