Join our Professional Services team as an Implementation Consultant Associate. You don’t need previous implementation experience – training will be provided. The role is ideal for early‑career professionals who enjoy problem‑solving, task organization, and clear communication.

Every is a cloud‑based platform that helps schools and multi‑academy trusts manage day‑to‑day operations. It supports compliance, workflow, and reporting, enabling education teams to stay compliant, efficient, and safe.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support customers through the early stages of onboarding
- Help configure the Every system with guidance and training
- Deliver simple online training sessions for school staff
- Keep projects organized, clear, and well communicated
- Work with business managers, senior leaders, and administrators in schools
- Answer questions and help customers get the most from the software
- Collaborate with internal teams to solve problems and improve processes
- Make sure projects are completed smoothly or handed over correctly
What We’re Looking For
- You don’t need previous implementation experience. Training will be provided.
- Enjoy helping people and explaining things in a clear, simple way
- Are confident using technology and keen to learn new systems
- Can stay organized and manage several tasks at once
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and positively
- Feel comfortable speaking with a variety of people
- Are willing to learn, ask questions, and try new things
- Take pride in delivering good support and great service
