The Opportunity
We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology initiatives at IRIS. You’ll manage full project lifecycles — from scoping & planning through execution & delivery — ensuring alignment with business goals, stakeholders, and compliance.
What you’ll do:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects (servers, cloud, security, M&A, infrastructure upgrades)
- Build detailed project plans, RAID logs & stakeholder updates
- Run weekly project meetings, milestone reviews & workshops
- Collaborate with teams across Sales, HR, Marketing Ops & Finance
- Manage risks, issues & changes with precision
- Produce highlight reports, dashboards & KPI updates
What we’re looking for:
- Experience managing complex IT projects across multiple functions
- Knowledge of Agile, PRINCE2 & Waterfall methodologies
- Skilled in tools like Asana, Clarizen, Microsoft Project & SharePoint
- Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
- Calm under pressure, flexible during change & confident in decision-making
What success looks like:
- 3 months: Deliver initial projects & align teams
- 12 months: Drive effective collaboration, reporting & risk management
- 2 years: Lead strategic transformation projects (M&A, infrastructure & enterprise software)
