The Opportunity
Ready to hit the road (and the numbers)? We’re looking for a driven, ambitious Field Sales Executive to join our high-performing Accountancy Solutions sales team. You’ll be working with mid-to-large UK businesses and accountancy practices, helping them modernise and streamline their finance, compliance, and practice management processes — powered by our market-leading accountancy software. If you love autonomy, building trusted relationships, and closing high-value deals, this one’s for you.
Your Territory
You’ll have the whole of the UK to explore. You’ll work across clients including:
- Accountancy & Tax Practices
- SMEs & Mid-Market Businesses
- Professional Services Firms
- Industry, Retail, Hospitality & Tech
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of revenue across new and existing accounts
- Conduct on-site client meetings and product demos
- Drive new business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Build strong relationships with Partners, Directors, Finance Leaders and Practice Managers
- Work closely with internal teams to design tailored accountancy software solutions
- Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of field sales experience, ideally within accountancy software, finance, payroll, or practice management solutions
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Strong consultative selling and commercial awareness
- Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a love of autonomy
- Full UK driving licence
