We’re looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to join IRIS Software Group and lead a team of sales professionals from our Manchester office.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves developing people, driving performance and creating a high-energy sales environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of Inside Sales professionals
- Driving performance against individual and team sales targets
- Managing KPIs, pipeline and forecasting to ensure the team stays on track
- Running regular 1:1s, coaching sessions and performance reviews
- Creating a motivated, positive and high-performing sales culture
- Using data and CRM insights to identify opportunities and improve performance
- Supporting the team with sales strategy, objection handling and closing opportunities
- Recognising top performance while supporting individuals who need additional coaching
- Working closely with wider Sales, Marketing and leadership teams
What we’re looking for
A strong track record of delivering against revenue and sales targets
Experience coaching and developing salespeople at different levels
Strong knowledge of pipeline management, forecasting and sales KPIs
A confident, energetic and people-focused leadership style
Experience within SaaS/software sales would be a bonus, but isn’t essential

This role is based in our Manchester office and is an onsite position, so we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being around their team, coaching in person and building a great office culture.
