The Opportunity We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator (Level 1) to join our Education HR Consultancy Team on a part-time basis (25.5 hours per week).

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build or further develop their HR career within a supportive and growing consultancy environment.

You'll work closely with our HR Consultancy Manager and HR Consultants, supporting schools and education clients through the delivery of high-quality HR administration services.

What You’ll Be Doing Producing contracts of employment, offer letters and HR documentation for education-sector clients using established templates.

Reviewing client information to ensure documentation aligns with agreed terms and conditions.

Advising clients on contract clauses where appropriate and escalating complex queries to the wider HR team.

Uploading and managing HR documentation in line with agreed service level agreements.

Supporting the HR Consultancy Manager and HR Consultants in delivering an effective HR service across the client base.

Assisting with the development and continuous improvement of our Contracts
