We’re looking for an experienced HR Consultant Team Lead to join our international HR Consulting function. This is a dual‑purpose role combining people leadership with hands‑on delivery of complex client work. You will lead a team of international HR consultants while managing your own portfolio of senior client accounts. This role suits someone confident setting standards and acting as a trusted advisor to multinational organisations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of international HR consultants, ensuring consistent, compliant, and timely delivery.
