We’re looking for a GenAI Operations Analyst to support the adoption and optimisation of GenAI tools across our Customer Operations teams. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, systems, and cross-functional collaboration.
What you’ll do:
- Monitor GenAI model performance and output quality.
- Analyse usage metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support model updates and operational troubleshooting with data science teams.
- Deliver training to upskill teams on AI usage.
- Report on GenAI performance and business outcomes.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities.
- Ensure ethical, compliant, and effective use of AI tools.
What you’ll bring:
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or similar.
- Experience in data analytics, operations, or product support.
- Strong project coordination and analytical skills.
- Interest or experience in AI/ML technologies.
