The Opportunity
Ready to hit the road (and the numbers)? We’re looking for a driven, ambitious Field Sales Executive to join our high-performing HCM (Human Capital Management) sales team. You’ll be working with mid-to-large UK businesses helping them transform how they manage their people, payroll, and performance — powered by our cutting-edge HCM technology. If you love autonomy, building relationships, and closing big deals, this one’s for you.
Your Territory
You’ll have the whole of the UK to explore. You’ll cover accounts across:
- Industry (Blue Collar)
- Professional Services (White Collar)
- Charities
- Hospitality / Retail / Tech
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of revenue
- Conduct on-site client visits and product demos
- Drive new business and expansion within existing accounts
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers (HR, Finance, IT, Ops)
- Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored HCM solutions
- Manage a full sales cycle — from prospecting to close
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of field sales experience – ideally within HCM, payroll, finance, or back-office software
- A proven record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong consultative selling skills and commercial acumen
- Excellent relationship-building and presentation skills
- A proactive, positive attitude and love of autonomy
- Full UK driving licence
