The Opportunity

Ready to hit the road (and the numbers)? We’re looking for a driven, ambitious Field Sales Executive to join our high‑performing HCM (Human Capital Management) sales team. You’ll be working with mid‑to‑large UK businesses helping them transform how they manage their people, payroll, and performance—powered by our cutting‑edge HCM technology. What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of revenue
  • Conduct on‑site client visits and product demos
  • Drive new business and expansion within existing accounts
  • Build relationships with senior decision‑makers (HR, Finance, IT, Ops)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored HCM solutions
  • Manage a full sales cycle — from prospecting to close

What You’ll Bring
