What you’ll do:
- Support payroll system setup, data migration, and testing (including parallel payroll runs).
- Help onboard new clients, working closely with our Implementation team.
- Create process documents and handover materials.
- Manage parts of projects, prioritising tasks as client needs shift.
- Provide support to colleagues and customers by phone and online.
